JSX Digital is a digital marketing agency based in Khanna Pul, Islamabad, Pakistan. We offer WordPress website development, SEO, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, Google Ads and social media management to clients in Pakistan and around the world.

In this policy, "JSX Digital", "we", "us" and "our" mean our agency and this website (jsxdigital.com).

2Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and deliver your order.

• Details you give us: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, country, business name, the service you want and your message — when you fill in an order form, the custom package builder or the contact form.
• Project material: website links, social media page links, logos, videos or other files you choose to share so we can do the work.
• Basic technical data: your approximate country (worked out from your IP address), device and browser type, and pages visited. We use this to show prices in the right currency and to improve the website.

We do not ask for card numbers, bank passwords or any sensitive personal data through this website.

3How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or package.
• To deliver the service you ordered and keep you updated on progress.
• To show prices in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or US Dollars (USD) based on your country.
• To improve our website, services and marketing.
• To send you important messages about your order, payment or support.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4WhatsApp & order forms

Our order forms do not store your details on our website. When you press the send button, your package and the details you typed are placed into a WhatsApp message to our business number. You review it and press Send yourself — nothing is sent without your action.

Once a message reaches us on WhatsApp, it is also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms.

5Cookies & local storage

Our website uses a small amount of browser storage to work properly:

• Currency choice: remembers whether you picked PKR or USD.
• Country check: saves your detected country for a short time (about 12 hours) so prices load quickly.
• Performance & analytics cookies: may be used by our hosting, caching and analytics tools to understand how the site is used.
• Advertising cookies: if we run Meta, Google or TikTok ads, those platforms may set cookies to measure results and show relevant ads.

You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. The website will still work, but some conveniences (like a remembered currency) may be lost.

• Social platforms — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google, when you follow our links or we work on your accounts.

We share your information only when it is needed to do the job or required by law:

• With the platforms and tools needed to deliver your order (for example, giving us access to your ad account or website, which you control and can remove at any time).

Any logins or access you share with us are used only for your project and we ask you to remove our access when the work ends.

• Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your information from our records.

Just message us using the details below. We will reply as soon as we can, normally within a few working days. Visitors from the UK, EU or other regions with data-protection laws keep the rights those laws give them.

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
