1Accepting these terms

By visiting jsxdigital.com, placing an order or messaging us to start work, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2Our services

JSX Digital offers digital marketing services from Khanna Pul, Islamabad, Pakistan:

• WordPress Website Development — e-commerce, business and SEO-ready websites.
• SEO Services — on-page SEO, priced per page.
• Meta Ads and Google Ads — campaign setup and management.
• Social Media Management — posting, scheduling and editing of the short videos you provide.
• Custom Packages — a mix of the above built to your needs.

Exact deliverables, prices and delivery time are shown on each service page and confirmed with you on WhatsApp before work begins.

3Orders & payment

• An order starts when you send the order form or message us and we confirm the details and price with you.
• Prices are shown in PKR for visitors in Pakistan and in USD for visitors elsewhere. The price confirmed in your chat is the price you pay.
• Payment terms (advance, weekly or full payment) are agreed with you on WhatsApp before we start.
• You are responsible for any bank, transfer or currency-conversion charges on your side.
• Our free trial for Social Media Management is described on that service page and in the Refund Policy.

4Delivery time

Delivery times on our pages (for example 3, 5 or 7 days for websites and 3 days for SEO) are estimates counted from the day we receive your payment and everything we need from you. We always try to deliver sooner, but delays can happen if content, logins or approvals reach us late.

5Your responsibilities

To do a good job, we need you to:

• Give accurate information, content, images and logins on time.
• Only share material that you own or have the right to use.
• Keep your own passwords safe and remove our access when the work ends.
• Reply to questions and approvals promptly.
• Follow the rules of the platforms we work on (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn).

For social media management, we edit the short videos and clips you provide. You are responsible for the original footage.

6Revisions & changes

Reasonable corrections to the agreed work are included. New features, extra pages, extra campaigns or a different scope are treated as a new request and may cost extra — we will always tell you the price before starting.

7No guaranteed results

We follow best practice and work hard for your growth, but marketing results depend on many things outside our control — search engine rules, ad platform decisions, competition, your product and budget. We therefore cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or follower numbers.

8Ads & third-party platforms

• Ad budget is paid by you directly to the platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn). It is separate from our fee.
• Ad accounts, pages and websites remain yours. Platforms may approve, reject or suspend ads or accounts at their own discretion, and we are not responsible for their decisions.
• Domains, hosting, premium plugins and similar tools are third-party services with their own terms and costs.

9Ownership & portfolio

After full payment, the final website, designs and content made for you belong to you. Third-party items (themes, plugins, fonts, stock media) stay under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may mention your project or show non-confidential screenshots in our portfolio.

10Limits of liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, JSX Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost business, or for problems caused by third-party platforms, hosting, internet outages or information you gave us. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11Ending the service

You can stop at any time by messaging us. We may pause or end work if payment is missing, if you ask us to do something illegal or against platform rules, or if the working relationship becomes abusive. Refunds in these cases follow our Refund Policy.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We always try to settle any problem by talking first on WhatsApp or email. If that does not work, the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan will handle the matter. We may update these terms from time to time; the terms in place on the day of your order apply to that order.
